I well remember t... Congrats to the new homeowners! I well remember the fun of feathering my first nest. This kitchen is gorgeous compared to my first kitchen, and has a good bit of space. Personally, I like those little cabinets above the refrigerator. I have nothing above my refrigerator at the moment, and plan on having my builder put one in. I don’t mind getting up on a stepstool, what I do mind is having no space to store all of my goodies, particularly because I continue to bring things home from my parents’ house, most recently four beautiful Fitz and Floyd water pitchers. I love the idea of re-purposing furniture, and an island on wheels sounds like great fun. I’m hoping you will keep us posted on everything.
