But finally I'm back online and the amazing widget at Rafflecopter has selected a random winner....and the winner is:

I thank all of you for your book suggestions - I shall be exploring them all on Amazon, and I can't wait!
I sincerely thank you also for your votes on Amara....I have not heard anything on the award, but you'll surely know the second I do!
Now I'm off to the garden to pick a billion tomatoes and figure out what to do with them all!
Here's wishing you all a fabulous Sunday - xo
I am laughing about all the tomatoes you are growing...yes they seem to all want to ripen at once. I am sure you will not waste them. Freeze some for soups, chilis and stews. Plus I know you are sharing with co-workers. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie
ReplyDelete"the Girl On The Train" movie is coming out in October. Looks good but now I get to read the book first!!, Im excited to be the winner.
ReplyDeleteThanks
Lisa
we had NO TOMATOES THIS YEAR. Maybe better luck next summer! Wishing you so much good luck on the award!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the winner! What kind of tomatoes do you have - cherry or regular? For regular tomatoes, I quartered and roasted them in the oven (just with a sprinkling of olive oil and salt) for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. When cool, puree in blender (I left a little chunky) and then put in freezer containers. You can use this fresh tomato sauce all winter in soups, stews, spaghetti sauce, and chili!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Lisa!! :)
